ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

• Have the network and industrial knowledge to converse on all technical aspects.
• Generate business opportunities through network / lead generation.
• Communicate at all levels of a decision-making process.
• Identify the customer needs and technical requirements.
• Strength in internal communications is key.
• Manage opportunities through development, evaluation, and commercialisation of new or modified material grades and support efforts in continuous improvement.
• Be all over the data – make intelligent decisions backed up by qualified insights and market data.

• Customer focused and solution-oriented with an affinity for data analytics.
• Communicates fluently both written and oral in English. Swedish and German language skills are meritorious.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Som ekonomichef hos vår kund med fina lokaler i Knivsta kommer du att tillhöra ett bolag med ca tjugo medarbetare, där du kommer att ha en bred roll med stort ansvar för bolagets ekonomiarbete. I rollen är det önskvärt att vissa HR-uppgifter kommer att ingå, exempelvis arbetsmiljö där det finns möjlighet att få fortbilda sig genom företaget. Vid din sida har du en ekonomiassistent som du kommer att arbeta nära och du kommer att rapportera till VD. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat även att innefatta:

• Löpande bokföring
• Månads- och årsbokslut
• Budget- och prognosarbete
• Rapportering till styrelse
• Ansvar för arbetsmiljöarbetet
• Visst HR-arbete vid behov

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande samt relevant erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete där du har arbetat med hela redovisningsprocessen. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi med fördel att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta som ekonomichef, alternativt vill ta ditt nästa steg i karriären och kliva in i en sådan roll. Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska, har grundläggande kunskaper i engelska samt har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och van att arbeta med det som arbetsverktyg. Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med HR och arbetsmiljö eller är intresserad av att lära dig mer inom området. 

För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du som person är trygg i dig själv och dina kunskaper. Vi söker dig som är sifferentusiast, har analytiska färdigheter och är en nyfiken och lättsam person. Du har ett okomplicerat förhållningssätt i kombination med att du är effektiv och noggrann. Du lockas av blandningen av löpande bokföring och ekonomistyrning och förstår vikten av hela flödet. Vidare jobbar du strukturerat och lösningsorienterat samt väl mot deadlines. Du trivs bra med att arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du är serviceminded och har mycket god kommunikation förmåga.
