Your roleAs a Project Manager you are responsible for the implementation of the Spacewell software at the customer’s side. You analyze the customers’ functional needs and adapt the configuration to the existing business processes. As key contact, you guide the customer through the whole implementation procedure and provide key users with Spacewell software training.Your main responsibilitiesProject Management:• Keep track of the project in term of budget, man days• Define, document and follow-up the workflow and configuration parametersConfiguration software:• Define and describe links with other software and ERP-systems (SAP, Oracle, Visma, etc.)• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues• Collaborate with the customers’ specialists during the analysis of implementation requirementsSpacewell trainer:• Provide training to the the key users of Spacewell software• Discuss which kind of custom development is possible• Answer the questions key users might haveRepresentative Spacewell:• Act as point of contact at various levels among the customer’s staff• Enhance Spacewell image and reputation through your credibility, commitment and first-class delivery• Analyse reporting and dashboard-related needs according to customer’s requirements
