Om uppdraget

I juni 2023 tar Swedavia över uppdraget vid Centrala Godsmottagningen för att hantera driften i egen regi. Detta verksamhetsövertag behöver projektledas för att genomföras utifrån ett strukturerat arbetssätt, samt säkerställa att infrastrukturen, systemen, personalen, processerna och intressenterna är redo för driftöverlämningen från Leverantör till Swedavia. Inför verksamhetsövertag ser vi över logistikprocessen som helhet och optimerar för ett smidigare och effektivare flöde. Behov av en projektledare som driver verksamhetsövergången, tillsammans med styrgrupp och arbetsgrupp för projektet. Levererar löpande rapporter till styrgrupp, driver genomförandeplanen framåt och håller ihop delar som budget, investeringar, personalövertag, avtalsupprättande, inrättande av ny organisation m.m. på ett systematiskt och metodiskt vis.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med anställning via oss på Adecco, startdatum för uppdraget är omgående, och väntas sträcka sig till 2023-06-20. Arbetet kommer innefatta fysisk närvaro minst varje vecka. 

Om dig
Nu söker vi dig som har erfarenhet av projektledning från flygplats eller liknande infrastrukturkänsliga områden. Det är även meriterande att du har erfarenhet av att ha genomfört ett verksamhetsövertag tidigare. Vi ser helst att du som söker har minst 5 års erfarenhet av samma typ av roll. Som person ska du vara kommunikativ, noggrann, analytisk och ha en god förmåga att fatta beslut.
